The 1inch Network is an innovative project that began with the development of a decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator. This aggregator sources liquidity from various exchanges and offers the unique capability of splitting a single trade transaction across multiple DEXes. The journey of the 1inch Network started at the ETHGlobal New York hackathon in May 2019, where its Aggregation Protocol v1 was first introduced.
